I plan to use my degree to continue my education at NC State in a Master’s Program studying Plant Pathology. I will be conducting research on sweet potatoes and fungicides to manage Black Rot and Southern Blight.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at NC State was:
Getting to know the fellow students in CALS and learning from the amazing faculty and staff that make up the college.
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
My parents, my girlfriend, and my advisor, Dr. Patterson.
Now that I have graduated, I’m most looking forward to:
Putting what I have learned to use in my research. I hope to make a difference in agriculture in North Carolina and help the growers who work hard to put food on the table for families across the globe.
